Criteria:
The Officer-In-Charge (OINC) Ashore Device is pewter toned with a wreath of oak leaves open at the top and a Coast Guard shield in its center. Enlisted members who have earned an OINC device and subsequently advance to officer status may continue to wear the device until they qualify for an equivalent “Officers” command device, at which time the enlisted device is no longer worn.
